About this space  
Welcome to your serene escape in the heart of picturesque Topanga, California located 12 Minutes from the Pacific Coast Highway and 12 minutes from Calabasas! This stunning wood and glass architectural masterpiece invites you to experience the tranquil and laid-back lifestyle that defines this enchanting region. Set on over 1/3 acre in the peaceful neighborhood of Old Topanga, this home is the epitome of serenity.  
The space  
Step inside your Topanga getaway, where you'll discover a beautifully designed open floor plan adorned with extensive architectural details and natural wood elements. The spacious primary bedroom, complete with a cozy fireplace and a spa-like bathroom retreat, beckons you to relax and unwind in ultimate comfort. With a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's ample space for everyone to find their own personal oasis.  
  
The gourmet eat-in kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals. Whether you're hosting a gathering or enjoying a quiet meal with loved ones, there's plenty of space for entertaining both indoors and outdoors. The recently added backyard Pergola and Patio offers el fresco dining with plenty of space for everyone.  
  
Upstairs, a versatile loft space offers stunning views while you do yoga, pilates, or exercise on the peloton with the surrounding beauty.  
  
We have a Sonos sound bar for the television with surround sound. We also have a Sonos Move for bluetooth connection inside and outdoor listening.  
Guest access  
Guests can use the main house, all of the outdoor space and even have access to a private office with desk, chair and monitors. Please note, there is a separate unit/guest house in the front of the property that is occupied over the next few months. Our guest does not use nor have access to the outdoor space so you will have privacy.  
Other things to note  
We have a weber grill, gozney pizza oven and a Sonos Move for bluetooth music around the house.
