There is a separate private entrance for each floor. \-Private Suite # 4 is a common area w/ bathroom and large kitchenette & sitting and dining area, with a private room #5 attached with private door(two twin XL). And TWO separate rooms (Queen bed) w/ private bathrooms on the second floor of Santa Monica home with a separate private entrance. One large primary common area attached to a separate room for 2 people. Each room includes large TV & Wifi. The kitchenette attached to Common area room #4 has a large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle. Coffee is provided. (see below). (Furniture subject to change) Just north of Montana Avenue with shopping & restaurants, and a few blocks to the Santa Monica Beach and the Third Street Promenade. \-\*Base price for 6 people.
