In the heart of Venice Beach, walking distance to Abbott Kinney, Rose Ave, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. This space is beautifully anointed with luxury designer furniture in newly finished home. Design lovers will appreciate the modern style blended with vintage pieces that include furniture Ligne Rose, Design Within Reach & Restoration Hardware.   
  
The living room opens with wall sized windows onto the cozy outdoor patio and stunning backyard. The yard is framed with two large trees, green space, a deck with gas fire pit, BBQ & dining space, and the gorgeous Japanese cedar hot tub.  
  
Spend the afternoon in the natural outdoor setting, laying out in the sun and soaking in the Cedar hot tub in this incredibly quiet and peaceful space.   
  
The space has been used for photography shoots for Alo Yoga and fashion brands.   
  
The home is 4 blocks from Rose Ave which has a half dozen amazing restaurants and bars. You’re a short walk to Abbott Kinney and within 5 minutes of the beach and all of Venice’s incredible bars, shops, restaurants & coffee shops.
