Just a short walk to the beach, and a short walk to Gold’s Gym. The kitchen was really nice. Was able to store and cook all my food on my diet with ease. Only complaint is if you do go workout at muscle beach or Gold’s be conscientious of going hard on leg day. Great unit if you’re in your 30’s. I’m late 50’s. The 3 flights of stairs was a bit much especially in the middle of the night to go downstairs to the bathroom. 3’x 3’ Sky light over the bed. The loft was filled with natural light and had high ceilings that made it feel spacious. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the boardwalk and Abbott Kinney. One of the unique things about this place was the presence of owls in the trees outside the loft. It was a treat to see them come out after sunset. The cozy fireplace added a nice touch to the ambiance. The host was great, and having a dedicated parking spot was convenient.
