The location of the property was fantastic - easy walking distance to food and sight seeing on Hollywood Blvd and easy drive to Universal Studios. Having a dedicated parking space at the property was a huge positive, as we've had challenges with parking in LA in the past. The property itself was lovely and felt very secure behind the locked gates. I loved having coffee on the little balcony in the mornings. Great view of the Hollywood sign on clear days! ##### Kindle R. It's the perfect size place for one or two people. The location is excellent and walking distance to several eateries, etc. I appreciated the artistic touches inside the home and felt taken care of by the property owners.
