This house was very clean and set up so you can enjoy your time. It’s location is great ! We had a rental ca but we just walked everywhere because of the location. The host was amazing at keeping in contact. This is a wonderful place to stay and I hope it’s available on our next adventure to the Long Beach grand prix ##### christopher D. The house was very clean and as described. Communication with Dan was great - he sent emails regarding all steps of process and asked to reach out if needed, which we never needed to as everything was communicated well. It was walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. The only negative (this has nothing to do do with the actual property) was walking from the main restaurants/shops/beach at night was a little sketchy - I wouldn't have felt comfortable with my wife walking alone in the area. There are two gas stations on the main road that are pretty close and they always had many homeless people lingering around. Two of the nights we saw police at the gas stations due belligerent behavior. ##### Adam C. We were able to walk to shoreline village where we took a sunset harbor cruise, visited the aquarium and listened to live music along the way. We were able to run to the beach each morning for our workout. The house is clean, safe feeling and close to the freeway for easy outings. Having a washer and dryer in house made it easy for us to pack light. The kitchen was stocked well and allowed us to order in from several of the delicious local restaurants. The neighborhood has a friendly outdoorsy vibe. Communication before, during and after our stay was easy, making our trip stress free and enjoyable.
