This home offers a taste of the quintessential Los Angeles lifestyle. A perfect hybrid between city and beach life. After the hustle and bustle of city life, spend your evening enjoying the sunset from the rooftop garden, or bring a picnic to the sand. With three bedrooms, this house is a great option for both families, or perhaps a friends getaway or business trip in Los Angeles. There are many shops, restaurants, and superb grocery stores within blocks, as well as art installations, galleries and hikes within five miles. For the culinary savant’s dream; the home features a fully equipped kitchen, rooftop garden, BBQ and pizza oven. You may choose Al Fresco dining in any one of the outdoor spaces, or perhaps a movie or a game of ping-pong or darts in the basement. The layout and bright colors of this home make it ideal for entertaining and can easily accommodate a catering staff or event staff if needed.
