The Area Live/work studio loft nestled in the heart of downtown LA's (DTLA) Arts District. The location is adjacent to Little Tokyo and within a 10-minute walk to Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Broad museum. This artist loft is situated near numerous galleries, restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues with abundant public transportation options. The Metro is close by as well as the Dash (DTLA Bus). I stayed here for a month and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The loft looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and equipped with everything I needed. The neighborhood (Arts District) is close to everything, which was very convenient for me. I always felt safe and love that the property is gated. There are also several amazing restaurants and businesses in the area. Anthony was an incredible host! Very responsive and kind. I would definitely book this space again. ##### Emily B.
