Main Bathroom is not easy to work, even with instructions given and very little pressure and little hot water. 6 of us had to rely on the other bathroom(I know first world problem). We barricaded that door the best we could. Phone calls and text messages were made all day to the host. The ceiling fan in one of the rooms has so much dust accumulation that there are dark clumps of dust buildup visible all along the ceiling fan blades. The pillows are not good. I question whether the sheets were washed as we washed the sheets in the master bedroom and found a used pair of gym socks that didn’t belong to anyone in our party.I don’t know if it was the dust or potentially the dirtiness of the sheets (or a combo of the two), but an adult in our party actually developed bacterial conjunctivitis. Of course, you can get exposed to that in lots of ways, but I find the timing fairly conclusive. At one point a few drops of water fell on the kitchen floor. I used paper towels to wipe up the water and the paper towel came back very dirty. The floors need a good cleaning.The neighborhood is pretty quiet. In looking for the trash cans the day we were leaving our teenage some came across a homeless man sleeping near the property. I know it’s a big city and people need to sleep somewhere, but we aren’t used to that where we live and it was a bit startling. Dining chair fabric is extremely dirty we didn’t even want to sit on them. The kitchen is nice and nicely stocked.
