As you enter the front door of our spacious unit you are greeted by beautiful Catalina and ocean views. The top level offers an upgraded kitchen, living room & sliding doors to balcony to enjoy the views.   
Both bedrooms can be found on the lower level & share a jack and jill bathroom. The master bedroom enjoys a private patio. Enjoy the community pool also overlooking incredible views.   
This is a wonderful secured complex close to walking trails, restaurants, beaches, and the Palos Verdes coast!
