Less than two miles from Old Town Pasadena, the Rose Bowl, Brookside golf course, local boutiques, and eateries, you will be delighted with its location. For those who enjoy a good hike, this unit is near some of the most beautiful hiking trails around. With the freeway only three minutes away, you can also get to Downtown Los Angeles in no time and enjoy Staples Center, Dodger Stadium, Universal Studios, or the famous Hollywood Blvd. The Sycamore features a cozy living area with a sofa/futon, chair, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and a dining table to enjoy delicious meals or a good cup of coffee. We stayed in this cute little bungalow for two weeks while our house was being renovated. It was the perfect home away from home! The things I enjoyed most were: 1) Clean! Clean! Clean! The place was spotless and well appointed with everything you may need (soap, towels, etc). 2) Location! Was fabulous for us as we were trying to stay as local as possible as my kids still needed to get to school! The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. 3) Parking was super easy. There is a designated spot in the parking area next to the bungalow and plenty of street parking available as well. 4) Prompt and courteous communication with Kathleen & Kate. Check-in was very easy with a key code. 5) Private laundry room with full sized washer and dryer! I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Pasadena area! :-) ##### Gina H.
