The property is just as it shows in the pictures. The sofa and bed were super comfortable and I was able to work the television without any problems. Marvin was quick to respond if we had any questions. One of the best things about this property is that it sits far back on the lot and has a wonderful front yard. In fact the yard in front is as inviting and comfortable as the inside.The cool breezes were a much needed respite from the heat that we experience living in Henderson, Nevada. The proximity from the beach is incredible. Love it and would stay there when I go back to Cali this year. ##### Franklin B.
