Welcome to your retreat vacation home! Nestled in the heart of Burbank, our home is just minutes away from major studios, shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Explore nearby attractions like Warner Bros. Studio Tour, Universal Studios, Hollywood & Griffith Park. This is a perfect location to visit LA, a short drive to most of the LA attractions. Whether you visit LA or visit family or here for business, you cant go wrong with this house. You will find your self very comfortable in here.

Comfortable Living Spaces:  
The house features two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable beds and ample storage. The inviting living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or meetings, with plush seating and a flat-screen TV.  
  
Well-Equipped Kitchen:  
Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances, cookware, and utensils. Enjoy your culinary creations in the adjacent dining area, offering a cozy space for family meals.  
  
Outdoor Enjoyment:  
Take advantage of the beautiful California weather in the private backyard. Whether you want to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, the outdoor space provides a tranquil setting for relaxation.  
We have a giant chess board for you to enjoy too.

\-For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $300.  
 The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.  
 Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.  
 If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
