The freeway, easily accessible, will get you to Downtown Los Angeles in only fifteen minutes. The bright and airy living area is furnished with a plush sofa/futon, sofa chair, ceiling fan, bookshelf filled with titles, and a Smart TV. It also features a dining table that seats up to four people. The kitchen is completely equipped with a full stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a practical butcher block countertop. All kitchenware is provided, making cooking at home a delightful experience. The bedroom features all the essentials for a restful night of sleep; a queen-size bed with luxurious linens and pillows, a ceiling fan, and A/C. With its large window, the room has abundant natural light creating a bright and lovely ambiance. The modern bathroom, accessible by the bedroom, has a tub/shower combination. This property also has a private and fenced outdoor area, outfitted with chairs, a coffee table, and a BBQ grill.
