Très bel hôtel dans Koreatown. Les chambres sont très propres. Personnel très attentionné. Deux bémols : pas de débarbouillette et les seuls verres disponibles sont des verres en styromousse. J'y retournerais sans hésiter!

Hôtel conforme à la description. Cependant le quartier est vraiment pauvre et remplis de SDF. Les équipements sont vieillissant. Nous sommes déjà venu il y a 5 ans et les équipements vieillissent faute d’entretien. Tout s’abîme ! Les murs sont fins et on entends les voisins marcher … ou faire autre chose.

Our walls were very thin and I woke up a few times because of this. Additionally, it is a pretty simple room. You get what you pay for. It’s clean it is simple but staff were all nice. It’s worth the stay and it is 15 minutes away from just about anywhere you would want to go in LA proper. Not the fanciest spot but a bed to sleep in and parking is included which is a good find for LA.

The location where the hotel is located isn’t the best but don’t let that scare you away. However, once entering the hotel the parking lot is clean and feels safe. Inside the lobby is spectacular, very kind staff that are very helpful and it’s really clean. The room (penthouse I booked) was very spacious and very convenient. They have pots and spoons if you were to cook there. The room was clean but they didn’t have washcloths only medium and large towels. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very hard. Balconies don’t have the best view. Great experience booking here.

This hotel does not offer washcloths which is odd. Out of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed at, this was the first one that didn’t provide this. When asked about it they said “we’ve been open 9 years and have never had washcloths” so we had to use a damn hand towel to wash our bodies, which was beyond awkward. The other issue was they only provided 3 pillows for 2 adults (we had to ask for more) and then when we asked for creamer for our coffee they provided 3 small international delight creamers for 2 people. They also charge $2 for a water for the Nespresso machine (they only give one in the room) and also provide only 3 coffee pods to make (have to ask for more but it would be nice to just have it stocked upon arrival). The shower was awkward because there is only 1 glass wall, so you get cold air in the shower and water gets on the floor because of this. Bathroom also had parts of the ceiling that were peeling off, and the sink also had water leak on the countertops non stop (seems like it was due to how the faucet flows in the sink). Overall the hotel was nice and in a good location. Friendly staff and the free parking was great, especially since the parking garage leads you directly to your floor, but for $200 a night I expect better quality with the services provided. Because of this I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel offers free safe parking within its facilities. Every staff member greeted us with kindness and professionalism. The check in process was easy and quick. The hotel looks great inside and out. Our room was very nice, modern, and comfortable.

The property was easy to find. Staff were very friendly. Check in was quick. The property was very clean on the inside and outside. Right when you walked into the lobby it smelled very good. My room was very clean and quiet. Parking was free! Will definitely be staying here again.

I have a large truck and was told it would fit in their underground garage before booking, but when I got there I found out I was told the wrong clearance and I could, in fact, not fit. I was checking in at 11pm so I was already tired and exhausted from a full day of driving. I thought I’d have to find a new place to stay, but thanks to Sung Min, my night was saved. He quickly ran into the garage and helped me find an area to park. I had to take up 2 spaces, but he assured me it was okay. I felt Sung Min really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would come again just to see Sung Min and say what’s up.

Alles in allem eine spannende Reise. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft selbst hat gewisse Mängel. Der Wasserdruck ist sehr niedrig. Das Fenster ist sehr dünn und an kälteren Tagen wird es sehr kalt. Die Heizung ist zu laut und in der Gegend habe ich mich sehr unsicher gefühlt. Hatte ständig das Gefühl überfallen zu werden.
