The basic amenities were convenient and we were close enough to Hollywood, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, and not too far from downtown (as always, traffic permitting.) There is a nice back patio, a washer/dryer, and a basic kitchen. Be aware you must climb two sets of stairs to get in (if accessibility is an issue.)
