This 1 bed 1 bath condominium offers- designer contemporary features, a large open floor plan with a patio facing the pool, washer and dryer in unit, modern fully equipped kitchen with, Viking range, stainless steel appliances fridge & Nespresso coffee maker and perfect for entertaining. Hardwood floors, LED lighting and fan systems throughout. Welcome! This beautiful condominium is nestled in the West Hollywood adjacent to Hollywood. This condo is perfect for anyone seeking privacy and attention to detail. Upon entrance, this beautiful condo boasts top-of-the-line appliances and lots of natural light. The living room is very spacious and equipped with a dark leather electronic sleeper sofa. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, Nespresso coffee maker, and Viking range/oven that can be used. Also there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The living room also contains a dining table with chairs, perfect for meals cooked at home or ordered in from the various melting pot of restaurants offered within a 5 mile radius of the residence. In addition, there is a patio with a view of the pool. Also there is a large high-definition smart TV in the living room, as well as two bluetooth equipped speakers. The interior recess lighting is perfect for a quiet dimly lit evening or a bright vivacious entertaining night in. There is one parking spot for guests. The master bedroom is very large and spacious with large airy windows and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. The master bedroom contains a queen leather bed with clean plush pillows and linens provided. To add, there is a large high-definition smart TV. The large bathroom boasts a standing shower with clean white accents and a large mirror. There are new basic amenities replaced consistently in the bathroom - (Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Lotion, Body Soap, Hand Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Toilet Paper, Towels). This residence includes new utensils, cooking basics (oil/salt/pepper), dishes, cups, pots, pans, Nespresso coffee maker and all cooking appliances (Fridge, Microwave, Dish Washer, Coffee Compressor, Oven, and Stove). The pillows, comforters, linens, and towels are all fresh. We did not substitute quality and always take pride in providing the best accommodation/service for our guests. Paper towels, toilet paper, body soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and hangers are EVEN provided for your stay. Not to mention, we also provide hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes! This residence is truly a unique gem in West Hollywood offering the most upscale luxury and privacy for our lovely guests.
