Located within a short stroll to town or beach, the property has beautiful views, great privacy and a clean crisp feel. Facing the ocean and on entry is the fully renovated kitchen/dining space. With ample natural light this space has somewhat of a sun room feel to it. The master bedroom has a King Size bed and second room to the side is spacious enough to accommodate the kids and creates a great play space. To the rear is a lounge with open fire, main bathroom and a cheeky compact third bedroom. Grand Vue provides an ideal base for your family beach holiday. Affordable, comfortable and well located. It looks to be slowly getting renovated, and had all the amenities we required (although with a family of five, it would have been nice if the toilet was separate from the bathroom).
