Property Summary  
You will be staying at Casa Bianca, a detached, single-family house surrounded by trees and vineyards. It is part of a resort with two other houses, all completely independent from each other. The property boasts a swimming pool, Internet WiFi, parking, and a tennis court (one hard court), making it an ideal vacation rental.  
  
Outdoors  
The property features a 200-hectare shared area with a swimming pool measuring 14 x 7 meters and a depth ranging from 100 to 230 cm (available seasonally from May 14 to September 30). Guests can also enjoy a shower/WC in the pool area, a tennis court (one hard court), a table tennis setup, garden furniture, and a barbecue area.  
  
Other Information  
Motor access to the house is via a 500-meter-long unmade road, and parking is available at the house. Nearby amenities include a grocery store 2 km away, a restaurant 2 km away, sandy and rocky beaches 22 km away, and thermal baths 12 km away.

The property is located in Lorenzana, Italy, 12 km from Casciana Terme. It is situated 2 km from the center of Lorenzana, 30 km from the center of Pisa, and 80 km from the center of Florence. Nearby attractions include Livorno (28 km), Castellina Marittima (23 km), San Miniato (40 km), Volterra (45 km), Lucca (65 km), and Viareggio (68 km). Additionally, there is a golf course (18 holes) located 26 km away and a tennis court 1 km from the property.

The property is a spacious 8-room house spanning 228 square meters across two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable and rustic living area featuring an open-hearth fireplace, with access to the garden and a loggia. Adjacent is an open dining room, a bedroom with a French bed (1x150 cm, length 190 cm) that also leads to the garden, and a kitchen equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, and a pizza oven, with an exit to the garden. There is also a shower room with a bidet and WC on this level. Upstairs, you'll discover a double bedroom, two rooms each with two beds, another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, bidet, and WC, and two additional shower rooms with bidets and WCs.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. You'll have access to gas heating (available from November 1st to April 15th at an extra cost), a garden spanning 500 square meters with terrace furniture and a barbecue, providing a beautiful countryside view. Convenient facilities include a washing machine, mosquito nets, and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. One pet or dog is allowed on the premises. Furthermore, there is a wooden outbuilding located 100 meters from the main house, which features a double bed for two people and can be booked separately, just an example.

The main house offers a spacious and comfortable living environment with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, making it suitable for larger groups or families. The outdoor space includes a garden and a terrace with furniture and a barbecue area, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxation while enjoying the stunning countryside views.
