Charming Lakefront home with incredible views on Lake Erie, Lorain OH

Welcome to our charming Lakefront Lake Erie retreat! Enjoy breathtaking sunset views from the sunroom or relax in the backyard oasis with a patio, BBQ grill, dining area, fire pit, and a wood swing! This spacious 3 bedroom home with 5 beds is perfect for your family getaway! Just a few minutes away from Black River Landing where you can enjoy live music or you can take a short 40 minute drive to Cedar Point's thrilling coasters! For health and safety of all our guests, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival.

The living room has a comfortable couch and sofa with a 55" TV with Roku. Streaming services are available with guest's own accounts. There's central AC for those hot summer nights.

There's a sun room located to the back of the home with beautiful lake views. The couch, chairs, table and electric fireplace make the perfect place to read a book, have a cocktail or play board games.

Off the sunroom you step onto the large patio with BBQ grill, table/chairs, additional chairs and bench. At the water's edge you have a swing and firepit to enjoy the sunsets.

This house has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 & 2 have Queen size beds. Bedroom 3 has a Full size bed and Twin bunks. The top bunk weight limit is 200lbs.

The main bathroom has a shower/tub combo with soap, shampoo and body wash provided. There is an additional 3/4 bathroom with a stand up shower in the basement.

There is a deck off one of the upstairs bedrooms with lake views. Note: No more than 4 people at a time on the deck.

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. All pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided. There's also a single brew Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods. The dining room has a table with seating for 6.

A full-size washer and dryer is located in the basement. Please note: The basement is primarily used for storage. The washer/dryer and bathroom are available for guest use, however there are very steep steps and low ceilings, so be careful.

Guests will have access to the entire house. The driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles and has street parking. The backyard has a fence on the lake side and both sides of the property but is NOT fully fenced. Pets must be on leash while in the front or back yard.

Note: There is lake access from the backyard. Enter at your own risk. The rock pathway to the lake is very slippery and we take no responsibility for injury as a result of use.

Check-in instructions, address, WiFi password and WiFi smart lock (to enter the front door) will be sent prior to guest arrival. Check-out instructions will be sent prior to guest departure.

Quiet residential neighborhood

This house is secured by a security system and has one Ring camera on the front porch pointing to the front yard. There are no cameras inside the house.

Pet Rules:
Dogs are permitted by request only and upon approval. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. There is a pet fee. Please include your dog in the reservation at the time of booking.
Guest must provide dog bed, crate and/or kennel. Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding. They must be secured in a crate/kennel if left unattended at any point. Guest must pick up dog waste and dispose of in waste bags that are securely tied. Please keep your dog leashed when outside. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. Sorry, no cats or other animals are allowed.

House Rules:
No events, parties or large gatherings. No smoking of any kind in the house. Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Must be at least 21 years old to book.

Check Out Procedures:
Rinse dishes and leave in dishwasher. Place dirty towels in bathroom tub. Bag trash and put in garbage/recycle cans. Leave all bedding on beds. Lock windows and doors. Leave temperature set at 68 degrees.
