The property was amazing, but we had a few issues with the maintenance and communication with the manager. Despite having an engineer and a realtor with us, we struggled with the front door lock every time, successfully opening it only once. We had to resort to entering through a window ( which could be a separate problem). I don’t know if it is broken or they need to give better instructions. When we arrived there were sheets still in the washer and dryer. The grill was absolutely filthy, with remnants of fish still on the grate. The heater was turned off and the fireplace did not work. When we tried to reach the manager his mailbox was full and it took a couple hours for him to return our call. He turned on the heat remotely but the fireplace was not repaired. Despite these issues, we would return in a heartbeat. The view and the solitude were unparalleled. ##### Colleen M.
