Villa "Pinnidae" is a two-story property built in 2021 that offers an array of amenities, including a heated swimming pool, a yard, internet WiFi, and parking for three cars. This holiday rental is conveniently located just 1.3 km from the center of Lopar, 14 km from Rab's city center, and a mere 200 m from the sea and beach in Senj, Croatia.  
  
Outdoors  
The villa boasts an impressive outdoor area spanning 700 m2, complete with a heated swimming pool (32 m2, depth of 140 cm) available seasonally from March 15 to November 15. Guests can enjoy an outdoor shower, patio, barbecue area, and the pool is maintained by the owner or gardener.

Within the property, you'll find amenities such as internet access, a sauna, a hot tub, and a spa area, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing stay. Additionally, there is a washing machine on-site for your convenience. Please note that this property is located 60 km from an airfield, and if you require pool heating, it is necessary to provide seven days' advance notice.

You will enjoy a 4-room villa spread over 2 levels, featuring modern and tasteful furnishings. The living/dining room spans 40 m2 and is equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, leading to a terrace. One room offers a sofabed (80 cm, length 200 cm), a french bed (200 cm, length 210 cm), a bath/shower/WC, and air conditioning, with access to the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is a separate WC and floor heating on this level. Upstairs, one room has a rooflight with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC, and air conditioning, leading to a balcony. Another room has 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a sofabed (80 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC, and air conditioning, also with a balcony exit.

Your villa comes fully equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. These include air conditioning, a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, pet-friendly accommodation (1 pet/dog allowed), private patio, satellite TV, Jacuzzi bathtub, heating, microwave, and television. The maximum capacity is 8 people, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Additional facilities provided are an iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access.

Enjoy the luxurious spa area on the ground floor, which includes a hot tub and sauna, all included in the price.
