Now is a great time to come on down to the beach for a relaxing visit in a spacious self-contained condominium (independent HVAC system) that makes it easy to maintain social distancing and stay safe. This pristine unit has a fully updated kitchen, baths and furniture. The sunlit kitchen features white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and is fully stocked. The dining area and balcony have direct gulf views and are wonderful places to enjoy Longboat Key’s world-famous sunsets. The unit sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master suite, twin beds in the guest bedroom, and pull-out sofabed. There is also an exceptionally large and comfortable daybed in the den area perfect for curling up with a book or using as a twin bed. For your entertainment, televisions are located in the living room area and both bedrooms. To provide a truly turnkey experience, the unit also contains collections of books, games, movies, pool and beach toys, a portable crib, high chair, beach cooler and beach towels. Your complete comfort and satisfaction is important to us, so we make sure our unit is continually updated. Recent 2023 additions include new living area flooring and furniture and fresh new décor. The complex features a heated pool, shuffleboard court, full tennis court and an immaculate private, white sandy beach. Other free guest amenities include a common laundry facility located next to the main office, outdoor barbeque grills, a picnic area overlooking the Gulf and plentiful chaise lounges on the beach. This property is ideally located mid-key, close to a myriad of shops, restaurants, activities and museums. We are just a few miles from Mote Marine, St. Armand’s Circle, and the popular Bridge Street area on Anna Maria Island. Boat and bike rentals, kayak tours, parasailing, golf, fishing and so much more are all nearby. For meals, you can pick up groceries at Publix or gourmet takeout at Harry’s, both of which are just down the street. Or dine out at a wide array of restaurants right on the Key, including a beach bar and fine dining right next door at the Zota Beach Resort. Many casual restaurants are in the area, or you can opt for world class dining at the new Shore or Mar Vista restaurants on the north end of the island. Sufficient beach chairs, umbrellas Condo- good space, location within the resort great with good view. A lot of beach toys there though there were dirty surgical masks in the bucket from previous renters. Beds comfortable though all headboards loose CONS Condo very outdated; carpet old and didn't feel clean Would not say there is a well stocked kitchen- there were literally 2 steak knives that hardly functioned as a steak knife. I am used to staying in places were things have passed down from previous renters- storage containers, spices, aluminum foil/plastic wrap etc- there wasn't any of that. There were dish sponges in there that were not new clearly. I was also a little disappointed that given pandemic, there is an actual sign that says things have not been sanitized. All in all- we loved our stay. For easter they had an easter hunt and water slides for the kids which was great. We would definitely return to the resort but opt for a different unit next time. ##### Cory D. It’s a light colored carpet and does show the previous memories in the place. Great view and love the option of being able to eat outside. The key for us was the ability to cook when needed. The management company staff was terrific - very friendly and helpful. When something needed to be fixed it was taken care of quickly. The grounds are well tended, the beach is beautiful and a big plus is the many lounge chairs on the beach for guests. The pool area is nice and the two shuffle board courts were very fun. There is one well-maintained tennis court. Our unit was very well equipped - very functional. The bedrooms and bathrooms were on the small side and the unit could use a bit of updating but it was quite adequate for the 5 of us with the two bedrooms and a daybed in a corner of the living room. The location on Longboat Key was great. We could walk in either direction and get to a lovely park within 20 minutes. There are several good restaurants and a Publix market within a 5-10 minute drive.
