Enjoy the peaceful, private beach just a shell's throw from your door. Beachfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo in the center of beautiful Longboat Key, an island just a few miles north of Sarasota. LaPlaya Condominiums provides a private beach, sheltered pool with sundeck, and beachfront grills so you won’t miss a minute of the sunset. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and all linens and beach towels are provided. Welcome to our island-style living! Our condo features a breakfast bar island, plus a spectacular Gulf view from the open kitchen/dining/living area leading to the screened beachfront lanai. Tile floor in the living room/ kitchen/ bathrooms and hallways; carpet in the bedrooms. King-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom.
