The dock and canal gave us fast access to the gulf and our favorite spots. The house is very nice and the elevator was great for my elderly mother who came with us. I would have given 5 stars but there were some cleanliness issues when we arrived and there were some obvious "quick fixes" done around the house and some worn out items that were kind of obvious, compared to how nice the rest of the house was. It is a few blocks from a beach and we walked there each morning to watch the sun come up. In the mornings this beach was practically empty. It was like we had our own private beach. It was perfect. This home has a sun porch and deck overlooking a canal. It is all so beautiful. The home also has a large comfortable living room, a dining room, large kitchen and three bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the dishes, cups, etc that anyone would need. This home was great. And we loved our time there. We didn't want to leave! ##### Laura W.
