This is a luxury rental. Condo has a single unit washer/dryer in one. There is a Islands West is the ideal location on Longboat as it is located towards the Southern end of the island at the intersection of the Publix Shopping Center on the Gulf Side. Very convenient to shops and dining and just a short drive to St. Armand's Circle or Downtown Sarasota. Enjoy the Gulf front pool and spa, clubhouse, fitness center and on-premise tennis courts. Make your reservation today and start relaxing on the tranquil Beach that Longboat Key is so desired for. Take leisurely walks along the beach and enjoy the natural setting.  
  
This is a 3 month rental. Come and enjoy your time on Longboat Key. No pets allowed. Requires association application and approval.
