One of our favorite features was the private back balcony, a serene spot to enjoy a morning coffee or quiet evening. The shower had excellent pressure, and there was always plenty of hot water. Parking was a breeze thanks to the secure garage, giving us peace of mind about our vehicle.Location-wise, the townhome was perfect—just a short drive to a Publix grocery store and close to two fantastic fishing spots: New Pass and Longboat Key Pass. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 baths (one is ensuite) and it is is very convenient to have a clothes washer and dryer on the same upstairs area.
