Large inviting kitchen with center island & dining room, perfect for large groups. Enjoy 4 spacious bedrooms, spa shower in primary bath, 3 full baths, dedicated work area and large private driveway accommodates 4 vehicles. Fully stocked kitchen includes 2 18 quart stockpots for large family meals, coffee, tea & waffle bar! All bathrooms stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels. Primary bath includes two luxe robes. Beach towels and gas grill also provided.
Homes is 4,000sf 2 story victorian with sunlight throughout. Television in living room with Amazon Firestick for Casting/Streaming from your phone. Wifi included. Driveway parking for 4 vehicles. First floor includes living room, dining room, work area, large open kitchen with center island, full bath and laundry room. Second floor offers four spacious bedrooms with 7 total beds to comfortably sleep 11 and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Primary ensuite includes large spa shower.

The location of this home is ideal for experiencing all the great food and entertainment of the Pier Village Boardwalk & Beach, as the short walk allows guest to easily flow back and forth from the house without having to coordinate to meet/driving/parking. I did not receive the information on how to unlock the front door on time. I had to call the owner and have her text the instructions to me 1/2 hour after the check in time. When we walked in we noticed that the dryer was running and contained a load of wet towels. The washing machine also had a load of wet towels in it. We let the dryer finish its cycle but the towels were still wet. We checked the lint filter and it was totally clogged. After clearing the clog the dryer worked fine. The a/c in the large upstairs bedroom cooled the room but the other bed rooms were very warm with little or no air conditioning. We ended up having to purchase fans for the other bed rooms we were using. Lastly, one of the smoke detectors in the bedroom started to “ beep” at 3:00 in the morning. We had to find the step ladder and unplug it from the ceiling and remove the dead batteries before it would stop beeping.

Good location, ample parking, good communication with property manager. Some issues with home- upstairs bathtub didn't drain, no outlet cover on main bedroom outlet, downstairs significantly cooler than upstairs.
