"While this little cabin was well located close to Terrace Beach and the Lighthouse Loop, the price surpassed the quality. In fact, we paid almost the same in extra charges as we did for the two-night rate. We were still asked to clean and organize at the end of our stay. The main perk was a great coffee machine which did not work. No manual was available and when we did get a video it still malfunctioned. Everything was of basic quality from mattresses to furniture. Inflexible cancellation...

"Fernwood was perfect for our stay, housing 3 couples very confortably. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking for our large group, the hot tube was great and the living room was cozy. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes through a quiet neighborhood and drive into Tofino in less than 10 minutes. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Host was amazing, having a toasty fireplace to enjoy each night was fantastic. The house is situated in a beautiful area and walking distance to the brewery. We even accidentally forgot our kindle and the owner was fast to respond and mailed it back for us!!!"
