We walked everywhere as it was so close. It was very clean and the fireplace was nice to have on cold nights. Our family had a great time and created awesome memories. My only negatives were with communication with Vacasa. They reached out shortly after we rented the property to let us know that there were changes to our agreement because of changes in the number of rooms in the property. They asked us to respond if we needed to change things and when we did, they did not respond back. It took hours of phone calling and emails in order to get everything resolved. The house was fabulous. It was perfectly within walking distance to the beach and to town. The fenced yard was great for our pup.
