"I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

"Thecroomwas beautiful and spotless every day! The sorcial treats like coffee and chocolates and fluffy towels and comfy pillows!. ALL of the employees and team memberes we encourted were sooooo pleasant, polite, HAPPY, accommodating. We loved our table vaptain at Sui Ren Joseph and James and the manager May! Our room attendant Doreen was so sweet as well as Mac the bartender! So many others we didnt catch names of but everyone and everything was first class. We cant wait to comeback! Lisa and Jim room 1206 Jan 10 to 17❤️"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also perfect—convenient and close to key attractions. The only thing was there was seaweed but that’s something the hotel can’t control and at that there wasn’t even a lot. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I would happily stay here again!"
