This reservation was made for 2 guests. A confirmation Welcome email was sent explaining our policies, including the maximum number of guests this particular room could accommodate. At check-in the guests arrived with two additional guests. The party was moved to a room that could accommodate 4 guests with an upcharge. Buildings have a maximum occupancy determined by the Fire Marshal. Misrepresenting headcounts can put other guests at risk in the event of an emergency situation. Overcrowding can lead to excess noise and be an annoyance to other guests. Jessie, security footage shows your children enjoying multiple bowls of breakfast cereal which I served them, your husband ordering 2 breakfast sandwiches and me delivering them to your outdoor table. Our website states: 'you well behaved and supervised children are always welcome'. Thanks for your comments.

Looks like you had an enjoyable trip. You mentioned that we don't have AC, this is correct. Our listing specifies we do not have AC so this should not have been a surprise. It's hard to determine the date of your stay, as to why the pool was closed, but our pool is outdoor and 'seasonal'. We keep a solar cover on it when not in use to keep it warm, and you'll need to ask that it be rolled off so you can enter the pool. We lock the pool at dusk. These are some of the reasons why the pool would appear to be 'closed'. Perhaps it just wasn't quite 'in-season' yet.

Dear Guest, Thanks for your thoughts. Indeed, we do not have big screen Televisions, some people have actually THANKED us for that! In your instance, we see that was not the case, so we apologize for any inconvenience. As for bedding, it is routinely renewed and updated. The bedframe and mattress in your room was purchased in April 2019. If you were at all uncomfortable we wish you had told us while you were here. Perhaps we could have moved you. All the rooms are not the same.
