Located on the lower ground floor, this one-bedroom flat marries historic character with contemporary design. The peaceful setting belies its proximity to the bustling Houses of Parliament and Westminster.  
  
Inside, heritage colours and eclectic artwork create a sophisticated yet calming environment. Sash windows flood the space with natural light while high ceilings add a feeling of spaciousness. The compact kitchen is well-equipped with oak-style cabinetry and modern appliances, perfect for self-catering.  
  
The king-size bedroom offers generous storage and a restful atmosphere. Please note there are a few steps leading to the flat’s entrance.  
  
While the building welcomes pets, this apartment does not accept pets. Allergy sufferers should be aware a dog sometimes lives in the flat, but it will not be present during your stay.  
  
Your Neighbourhood  
Situated in the prestigious SW1 postcode, you’re perfectly positioned to explore iconic London landmarks including the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. The local streets boast historic Georgian terraces alongside bustling shopping and dining at Victoria Street and Vincent Square.  
  
Victoria Station offers excellent mainline rail connections and access to the Victoria Line underground, while St James’s Park and Westminster stations provide District, Circle and Jubilee lines. The West End and Mayfair are a short taxi ride away, making this an unbeatable location for sightseeing and city living.

No smoking, pets or parties. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21 years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.   
  
When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. Your Stay with Veeve  
Veeve will be your hosts, providing carefully selected, stylish homes with the attentive service of a hotel, available seven days a week. On arrival, we will welcome you in person, assist with settling in, and provide a detailed local guide to help you make the most of your stay.  
  
Your home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens and towels. Complimentary cleaning and fresh linens are provided weekly. Should you wish to have the sofa bed made up, please notify us in advance — additional charges apply.  
  
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form to confirm your identity and booking details, requiring official photographic identification. This ensures a personalised service and added security for both guests and homes.  
  
Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00\. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.  
  
Check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 cost an extra £100\. If you have any questions, please get in touch - we can be reached 7 days a week. Baby cot (with mattress) and high chair available at £12 per day + delivery fee. We look forward to welcoming you!  
Pets - not allowed  
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.   
  
Before you arrive, the property requires you to complete a short online check-in form for all guests who will be staying to confirm arrival details. Please complete this a minimum of 72 hours before check-in to ensure a smooth arrival.  
  
Keys can be collected directly at the property upon check-in.
