We checked in at 10:30 pm and left at 5:30 am the day after. The flat was BAKING when we arrived (easily 5C more than outside), the 'A/C' was non existent -ie you could turn it on, but there was no vent for it so no cold air entering the room. So we had to use the very small and noisy fan in front of the open window to keep cool, which did not cool us down whatsoever, and there were alarms sounding most of the night (London, after all). The bathroom smelled terrible and the shower doors would not close. On the positives, lovely coffee machine in the room, and I'm sure the bed would have been comfortable if it wasn't 30+ °C in the room all night. If it wasn’t for the fan I would have left.
