Enjoy the lush greenery of Victoria Park and the scenic views along the Regent's Canal, with Mare Street, London Fields, and shops all within easy walking distance. Enjoy this home away from home!  
Welcome to this elegant and light-filled Victorian flat, nestled in the heart of Victoria Park Village in vibrant Hackney. Situated on the first floor, this apartment exudes timeless charm with its high ceilings and beautiful arch-shaped windows. Recently redecorated by an ex-Soho House interior designer, it features natural wooden floors and high-quality furniture and furnishings throughout.  
  
The open-plan living room and dining room space beckons with a dining table for four, a generous midnight blue velvet sofa, and a magnificent arched-shaped window providing picturesque views onto Lauriston Road and towards Victoria Park.  
  
Step into the separate kitchen, adorned with walnut cupboards and a quartz countertop, offering plenty of space to unleash your culinary creativity. Peruse the collection of cookbooks while preparing your favorite meals.  
  
Retreat to the serene master bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed with a luxurious Rose Uniacke boucle headboard, floor-to-ceiling cupboards, and another expansive arched-shaped window offering delightful views over Lauriston Road and towards Victoria Park.  
Discover the second bedroom, where you'll find the washing machine and a selection of books for your enjoyment during your stay. Both beds are adorned in hotel-quality linen, ensuring a restful night's sleep.  
  
The stylishly tiled bathroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, boasting beautiful weathered bronze taps and fittings, marble shelves, clever under-sink storage, and a rainforest shower/bath. The bathroom comes complete with fresh towels and toiletries.  
  
Experience the epitome of comfort and style in this meticulously maintained property, which will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable stay in Hackney. Welcome to your home away from home!  
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.  
\-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!  
  
\-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.  
  
\-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.  
  
\-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!  
  
\-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.  
  
\-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.  
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.  
  
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.  
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.  
  
Smoking and parties in the flat are strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
