The room was clean and had everything we needed. The continental breakfast was delicious. For the purposes of our trip to London the Victoria was a convenient location. We parked at the rear of the hotel before checking in, which was quick and straightforward. The room was cosy, comfortable and clean. We ate in the restaurant the first night. The food was delicious and the servings were generous and the staff were attentive. We had a cooked breakfast Saturday and the continental Sunday. Both were tasty. Absolutely perfect for a visit to Kew Gardens and Richmond. The rooms were nicely decorated with comfy beds and everything you would need in them; tea, coffee, hairdryer, tv and nice little en suite. Continental breakfast was extra special with each visitor receiving a freshly prepared serving, inclding fruit salad, luxury yoghurt, salami and cheese, toast and the nicest brownie you could hope for. Great choice of hot drinks and cereals too. Absolutely gorgeous little place. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, especially as we were later checking in than planned and feeling stressed out and tired! The bedroom and en suite were spotless, modern, and quiet, and there was a floor standing fan provided to keep us cool. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was superb, we opted for the continental; it was fresh and plentiful. The staff are helpful and check in went smoothly. I had the same room as on my last stay which was good and comfortable with a small but adequate bathroom with a good shower. Good tea, coffee and bottled water in the room which was appreciated.
