It was very hot weather and the room already had a Dyson fan going when we checked in. We asked for another fan if possible and that was swiftly provided. The staff are so friendly and make staying here a joy. We were early enough to have a meal and take part in the Tuesday Quiz Night (came second, nice prize) and had such a fun evening. Just down the road is Highams Park station which we used to get into central London. So easy to do.
