Staff was incredibly accommodating! The bathroom needed two things: more shelves for guests to use and a safety bar in the bathtub/shower for holding while getting in and out of tub.

I really enjoyed staying here. The people who work there were all fabulous. They were friendly & very conscientious. The only snag at all is that their WiFi was very weak. It would look connected & even showed all the bars, yet nothing would load. I was visiting for leisure, so that really didn’t bother me too much. However, if you’re on business or need WiFi for any reason, this might not be the place for you. I was on the 3rd floor…perhaps it works better on other floors? But overall, I was very pleased & will definitely stay there again.

Excellent property located on a quiet street. Charming London architecture. Just the way you want the place you are staying in London to look. Clean modern room with coffee and tea and water bottles. Comfortable bed and quiet at night. This will be our go to on any future trips to London.

We loved this hotel. Small, boutique hotel. Very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable. Half shower door is always tricky for me. Can’t figure out how not to get the floor wet. The tub was a little slippery. Great location near restaurants and Earl Court train station. Staying there again in December.

The room is very small and facing the street which means your privacy can be impended at times. I have literally no room to move around after placing my small carry on and a bag pack in the room. Location is great though with Earl’s Court station steps away from the property.

Excelente ubicación tanto para metro como autobús. La estación de metro cercana es muy tranquila y fácil de entender. Me agrado que tenian fruta en el front desk para los huéspedes. Lo único que no me gusto fue que la habitación tenía poca ventilación y muchas veces no se secaban las toallas.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Prime Hotel in London for 4 night this month. It is a quaint little spot that is so conveniently situated, with respect to the Earl's Court Underground , as well as any amenities one might need.Our room was lovely and the bed was especially comfortable. The staff were very kind and amiable, and there was the advantage of housekeeping which was a bonus. We will recommend the prime to all of our friends and family.

The customer service was stellar and the room was well-appointed but it was TINY! I knew by selecting an ‘extra-large Twin’ that we were taking our chances but we could hardly turn around in the room. There was also a lot space taken up by a wardrobe and mini-fridge.

This is a wonderful hotel with a very service oriented front desk. Ana-Maria genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is conveniently located. So far, I’ve walked to the National History Museum, Harrods, Hyde Park and Holland Park. Also, the train station is literally one city block away. 👍

Great staff
Pros - Cleaness - Walking distance (5 min) to a zone 2 tube station - Very friendly staff - Near to Hyde Park Cons - Isolation is not a strenght (if you have trouble to sleep, you might be bothered with street noise and brightness from windows not 100% covered by courtains) I have stayed in several places in London. This is an above average place for the city.

Perfect for 1
I opted for the small double, but the room was practically the size of the bed with very little room. Saying that they had included some nice amenities like a fridge and a lovely bath and shower. There was no stool for the desk so had to use the luggage rack. Suggested a folding stool and shelf next to bed and then would have been ideal. Lovely staff, very clean and quiet. Everything worked as expected and would stay again.

Very good!
Not a big, fancy hotell, but great staff, very friendly and helpful. Had a good sized room, everything was clean and the beds were comfy. Great value for money! Recommended!

Great Deal, Great Location, Nice Room
What a deal! The rooms are a tad small, but I was solo and it wasn't a big deal for me. The bathroom was good size. It's right down the street from the Tube and there are several decent pubs and restaurants nearby.
