The flat was thoughtfully furnished and spacious enough, with a good amount of storage space (cabinets) and a nice little kitchen. It was quiet, safe, and convenient to the Gloucester Road tube station, a Waitrose, a Boots, and many other shops and eating places. Check-in was easy and communication with management was excellent; the staff always responded quickly. Very good value. One suggestion: perhaps offer some more on-site cleaning supplies like a little broom/dustpan. ##### Claire S.
