It is furnished with a double sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, full refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The first bedroom is interior courtyard facing and furnished with a king size bed. The second bedroom is street facing and furnished with a double bed. Both bedrooms are furnished with superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has a shower room accessible via the hallway while the toilet is located in a separate water closet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. The apartment features a private entrance for added comfort, convenience, and privacy. It became obvious they are not present in London and have no one who can help when necessary. We asked for a baby bed which was not present when we checked in, and rather than correcting the error, they insisted that we needed to go pick it up from a store and install it ourselves, only after promising to deliver it around our child's bedtime and then never showing up. They then overcharged us for the bed anyway. On the second night a window outside the apartment was broken, shattering glass inside and leaving the apartment cold and unusable. We notified the host right away, they waited more than 24 hours to respond, in the middle of the night, then said they would work on it right away, telling us to wait at the apartment for someone to come. Once we were there they said no one was coming, and we would need to wait for a three-hour window the next day. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful.
