The location could not be more perfect—just steps away from fantastic restaurants, shops, and within easy reach of the center of London.One thing to note is that during our visit the main lift was out of service, so we had to use the small service elevator (about 3x2 feet). It worked, but with luggage and a family it meant taking turns in shifts. This wasn’t the property’s fault and didn’t take away from our overall experience.The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and felt safe. The building manager was absolutely lovely and helpful. A few small things we would have appreciated: a few more coffee pods for the machine (as it uses a less common type), additional paper towels, and more toilet paper given our 5-night stay. Thankfully, there’s an excellent coffee shop right downstairs that had great coffee, grab-and-go sandwiches, and bakery items.The washer and dryer worked well, though travelers from the U.S. should know the dryer is not as powerful as what we’re used to at home.Marylebone itself is a gem—full of great restaurants and pubs, with everything you need nearby. Clean nice apartment with everything you would need. Unfortunately the lift was broken and my family had heavy bags to lug up three flight of stairs.
