It is located on the top floor of a converted Victorian schoolhouse and has loads of character including 20ft cathedral ceilings, spectacular windows letting in loads of light, 3 full luxurious bathrooms, an office, reading room in the loft and even an outside terrace. We had a family of 5 stay there comfortably. It was spacious and accommodating. The only drawback was that it is not close to the Underground or fast public transportation. Buses are nearby, but very slow. This is a great place, but just know that you are going to need to spend :45-:60 getting to the center of London or most of the major tourist attractions. ##### Matthew S. So many personal touches from the owner it felt more like home than a rental. Beautiful natural light throughout the space and very quiet at night. Cute market about 2 blocks away so we were able to make breakfast daily which really helped with the budget! Great location (about 1.5 blocks from busy bus stop) and 10 to 15 min walk to underground. Well appointed and cozy kitchen. I would have given it a strong 5 star rating except we only had hot water 1 of our 3 mornings! The owner responded but told us we could change the timing of the water heater to be on by using the “Nest” but that is too confusing and it makes no sense that a hot water heater would be turned off at at any time during a tenants stay … they should be able to shower 24/7\.
