Recently renovated, spacious and modern three-storey Victorian house with garden in quiet side street. Perfect for central London sightseeing & Wimbledon tennis.

Excellent public transport links: 1 minute walk from bus stops & 5 minute walk from South Wimbledon underground station, which goes to central London in 20 mins. Shops & restaurants within 2 minutes’ walk plus easy access to Wimbledon town centre and Wimbledon Village. Visitor permit available for on-street parking outside the house.
The space
General Points
Very spacious and welcoming three-storey Victorian house. Recently renovated from top to bottom. We have Wifi, digital TV, lots of DVDs, wireless Sonos music system throughout the house and plenty of books too. You also have access to our garden where you can enjoy a bbq or the sunshine! As well as being very well located, the house is on a peaceful street so you can get a good, quiet night's sleep.

There are beds for 6 adults (3 double beds) and two young children to sleep comfortably. There is a comfortable and spacious sofa which could also be used for sleeping an extra adult should you wish. If you are bringing children, there are plenty of toys and essentials (like a high chair, baby change, toddler plates, bowls, cutlery and bibs etc) to help make your stay an easy one.

We can provide towels, a hairdryer and various toiletries for your stay. There will also be a selection of cereals, jams, tea and coffee available in the house for you to help yourself to for breakfast. You are also welcome to use any of the cooking essentials (condiments, sugar, flour etc) in the kitchen, should you wish to cook during your stay.

Top Floor
The generous L-shaped loft bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ensuite bathroom, and lovely floor to ceiling doors with a juliette balcony, which offers lots of light into the room. There is plenty of space to store clothes etc and, because the room is on the third floor, it offers a very quiet sanctuary away from the rest of the house.

First floor
The large main bedroom on the first floor has a comfortable king size bed and generous storage for clothes. Three large windows overlook the front garden and ensure a lovely, light room.

A spacious children's bedroom, next door to the main bedroom on the first floor, has two children's beds which can sleep children up to around 8 years of age (depending on height.) Our 7 and 4 year olds sleep comfortably in this room right now. The room has a large south facing window overlooking the back garden and plenty of books and toys.

The main, spacious bathroom, also on the first floor, has a large bath with shower, toilet, basin, mirror and houses the hot water boiler for central heating.

Ground Floor
Downstairs at the front of the house is the lounge. It is a great place to unwind in the evening with two sofas, a widescreen TV, DVDs, games consoles & plenty of books. This room can also be used as an extra bedroom if needed, with one of the sofas converting to a comfortable, double, fold-out sofa bed. A downstairs toilet with basin is off this room.

To the rear of the ground floor is the kitchen-diner which we have extended into a very large living area with tri-fold doors leading out to the garden, making this a beautifully light room. There is a full dining table, two sofas, widescreen TV as well as a playing area for children. The kitchen itself features a large breakfast bar, four-ring induction hob, dual oven and microwave, dishwasher, floor-to-ceiling fridge, floor-to-ceiling freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, generous storage space and food preparation areas. We have pots, pans and all cooking and eating utensils. This is a lovely room to spend time in.

The garden has a patio furniture set, a large trampoline and slide and is a peaceful place to sit and make the most of any British sunshine!
