Located on the first floor, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people, perfect for solo travellers or couples. The smoke-free property features a living room, bedroom, bathroom, a kitchen, and large double length balcony. The living room is equipped with a sofa and a dining table that can seat 4 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances. The bedroom comes complete with a king size bed. The apartment also features a bathroom equipped with a bathtub with an overhead shower. \*\*DISCLAIMER\*\* The property is listed on the market for sale and between 28th July 2025 and 30th September 2025 it is expected that access to the property will be required 2 or 3 times during the next couple of months as part of the sale process. The property is also just a 2 minute walk from bus routes 55, 26 and 48, providing easy access to Shoreditch, Liverpool Street/City, Old Street, London Bridge, St Pauls and Oxford Circus. Also within walking distance are Hoxton overground station (10 minutes) and the central line (15 minutes).
