If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee. If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. It's a nice flat in a nice neighborhood, with a secure building that helped us always feel safe. There's a nice pub about 100 yards away which we had dinner at twice, and there are two small food markets with 150 yards or so. Short quarter-mile walk to the tube station which was nice. Great location above a canal-side walkway. Hosts Matt and Kevin were very responsive to any questions we had. No onerous check-out tasks, just run the dishwasher and take out the trash.
