Great communication with the host, large clean property with basic furnishings. About a 7 minute walk to the Hoxton station which is served by the Overground line which connects with several routes into central London. Neighborhood is fairly residential but we found some nice local pubs and plenty of stores for basic groceries. The neighborhood has everything you need for your stay and is an easy bus ride to the sights of London. The flat has everything you need and once you learn you need to flip on all the kitchen appliances, (page was missing from instructions left for guests) you'll be all set! The only real problem was the bathroom door that drags across the floor as it opens. This was mostly just annoying but also made a noise which was loud during the quiet night hours and often disturbed sleeping family members.
