Our suite was clean & well-appointed.
The included breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of hot & cold options. The buffet staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons:
This hotel is right in downtown London so it’s convenient but not in the best of neighborhoods.
The nightly parking charge seems obsessive.
The lighting in the suite kitchen is very poor. (We had to bring a lamp from the LR.)

Old apartments converted into hotel rooms. Spacious and had a full kitchen. Unfortunately the area is not the greatest. Drug addicts outside, coming into the lobby. No security. Parking garage was open for anyone to go in to.

Very nice accommodations. We were upgraded to a suite which we didn’t really need, but it was lovely. Parking underground provided a safe place for our car, but it would be a tight space for bigger vehicles.

The people who worked at the hotel were very hospitable. However, the mattress we slept on was in such poor condition that we felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Shame on Expedia for giving the hotel a decent rating and The Marriott for associating their name with the hotel.
