Maurice at the reception was very nice and make sure that we understand everything to have a nice stay. The mattress need to be replace, there was a big hole in the middle. The door connecting our bedroom to the one beside us need to be insulate. We were earring everything they were saying in the bedroom next to us.

L’hébergement devait être 128.86 ça. La charge sur ma carte «  Quality suite London «  est de 197.80 US. Que se passe t’il? Plus une charge de « Expedia » de 99.52 US Donc je suis facturé deux fois pour la même chambre. Comment faire opposition.? Est ce l’erreur de Quality suite ou Expedia. Quand j’ai quitté l’hôtel j’ai demandé mon reçu et ils m’ont dit que c’est Expedia qui envoie la facture.

The outside of the hotel is very very dated. The inside lobby smells damp. But my room was completely updated, and no smell. The parking lot is full of gigantic pot holes. And there’s very little parking, compared to the size of the hotel. The front staff was rude when I asked if I could check in early; he immediately said no, the room is dirty… how would you know that? He did not check what room I had. I then asked to speak to a Manager and she reluctantly agreed to let me check in an hour earlier then check in time. I would choose to go elsewhere the next time I am in London, because of the staff at the check in desk.

It was alright. Room looked fine. We had a newly renovated room but the bed was too soft for me. The AC in our room did not work so was pretty warm and sheets would not stay on the bed. They are undergoing Renos so the only door you can use is the front lobby while our room was at the farthest away from.

Didn't like that the tv was not working in the bedroom,they said they would fix it tomorrow,but that's when I check out ☹️.Not all the lights were working especially the mini LED ones above the night stand so you can see in the middle of the night. Also very little water pressure at the shower head( portable camping show pressure) ,and the worst of all,I had to run 4 cups of water through the Keurig coffee machine to get rid of the old coffee grounds that were in the machine. I also did not enjoy the breakfast,I was at least expecting scrambled eggs,but no,just toast,muffins, coffee,tea, orange juice yogurt,cereal and banana's,No ready made hot food at all.

It was under renovations so the entrances were inconvenient. My room smelled of cigarette smoke which I pointed out to front desk staff, I’m not sure why at check-in we are made to sign a “no-smoking” waiver when I was told “it doesn’t matter” that the room smelled of smoke but that it wasn’t us. The room itself was nicely renovated and clean however the sheets were stained. The smoke smell was overpowering. It was hard to get to our room as the back entrances were not in use during the renovation. The continental breakfast was okay.

The grounds were not kept up, lots of weeds and tall grass. Door to lobby hard to open and no help for handicap. The elevator needs major renovation. Floor cracked, ceiling bad and one light only working. Bedrooms are renovated and look awesome.

The room was nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The parking lot and roads around the hotel had huge potholes. Overall, exterior of the property and surroundings were not well kept and pleasant to the eye. I had a poor experience picking up our grab and go breakfast one morning. I approached the front desk, said good morning to the two ladies at the front desk who were comparing something on their phones. Instead of greeting me back, one lady raises her finger to me and curtly says “one minute” and continues showing her phone to her colleague. After a few mins the other lady helped me. It may seem trivial, but that’s not hospitality service imo. That’s not how you treat guests.

The newly renovated suite was very nice, and the beds were quite comfortable. There were a few little things that weren't finished yet but did not make a difference in our stay. The grab and go breakfast was quite sufficient for not having the breakfast room ready yet. The outdoor landscaping could use a good cleanup, as there were some branches near the parking area that could be a hazard. But overall the staff was accommodating and room was very nice.

The parking lot is a pot hole terror..There is only 1 cart for bags and the walk is as long as a football field to get to some rooms since the back door does not open from the outside..
