Cute place!! Only wished they had face cloths. Otherwise we felt safe and it's so homey. Bed a bit springy but we slept well. Bathroom sink was blocked. Day 2: By the night of day 2, after repeated e-mails and phone calls, got the batteries for the thermostat and bulbs for the light fixtures in the bathroom and the landing. The bathroom sink had been unblocked 3\. By day 3, hot water was back 4\. Day 4 was peaceful, with heating, hot water and lighting 5\. Day 5 - we were woken up with loud machinery just outside the window and heavy cigarette smoke wafting into the flat - Builders were sanding the windows and the doors of the flat, even as we stayed there! And the builder had a cigarette in his mouth as he worked on the window - Hence the smoke in the rooms! I politely asked him to put out the cigarette. 6\. Day 6 - Construction work continues on the outside of the apartment. I was too tired to complain 7\.
