At the front of the home, the open-plan living room and kitchenette are flooded with natural light. This space impresses with high ceilings and a beautiful floor-to-ceiling window, overlooking traditional white stucco architecture and frondy palms. Period features, like the cast iron fireplace and ornate mouldings, integrate with stylish seating and a contemporary dining set – perfect for enjoying meals rustled up in the thoughtfully designed modern kitchenette. The two warm and welcoming bedrooms share a fresh, modern bathroom and are brimming with character. This home is located on the ground floor, however there are a few steps up to the building from the street level. Although this home is spread across one level, there are two steps in the hallway. The gap in the entrance of this home's shower is narrower than most other homes. Part of this home's hallway is narrower than most homes. The bathroom in this home may have a slight odour of damp. There is currently scaffolding on the building next to this one while it undergoes an external redecoration. The work is mainly painting but some noise may be noticed inside the home during working hours.
